Process Innovation of Production Line

Dingfeng Magnetic take the high remanence and high coercive force NdFeB production line has undergone process transformation, and the independent development of PVD and grain boundary diffusion technology has greatly improved the intrinsic coercive force.

On the basis that the original remanence and maximum energy product do not significantly decrease, the amount of heavy rare earth Dy/Tb is greatly reduced.

Reconstruct Grain Boundary Technology to Optimize Magnet Structure

Through the grain boundary reconstruction technology, optimize the phase composition, phase concentration and microstructure of the magnet, so as to achieve the purpose of improving performance and reducing costs; the grain boundary reconstruction technology includes two parts:

a) Low-temperature sintering is achieved by adding grain boundary flux and grain refiner to obtain a dense magnet;

b) Make up the lattice defect by adding rare earth powder twice, perfect the lattice and harden the grain boundary.
